We’ve rebuilt the clinical notes experience so you can capture consultations faster without leaving Docy. Formatting tools sit right above the note area, and your work saves automatically.
The new editor supports structured sections, quick tags for common complaints, and a cleaner layout on smaller screens.
Patient Timeline Redesign
The patient timeline has been redesigned to surface the full story of a patient’s care at a glance. Each entry shows the date, author, and a short preview so you can scan history without opening every record.
This update also improves how attachments and clinical notes appear inline, reducing the need to jump between tabs during a consultation.
